As global demand for glass bottles and PET containers grows steadily, we are working closely with industry leaders from around the world who represent some of the largest international brands across a broad range of consumer good sectors -see Team page.
Collectively, our goal is to harness the ecological credentials of pulp to champion a revolutionary approach to packaging – a present day ‘hot topic’ on almost every corporate CSR and sustainability agenda.
With an ever-increasing, eco-conscious world population, Diageo and Pilot Lite came together through a substantial R&D collaboration to offer much more than just an environmentally sound solution.
Looking ahead, we're delighted to have the invaluable support of the Pulpex global consortium members as well as the experience of Stora Enso's formed fiber technologies as we seek to make our new, high-speed production line available to all our partners in 2022.

PULPEX IS NOT...
Pulp wrapped around plastic
Pulpex bottles are PET-free / HDPE-free and are made entirely from sustainably sourced wood pulp from 100% renewable feedstocks and responsibly managed forests.
Pulp infused into PET
The inside of our bottles are sprayed with proprietary, food-grade coatings depending on whether the bottled product is oil- or aqueous-based.
A fantasy!
High-speed production lines will be mass producing Pulpex bottles by the end of 2022.
We aim to produce over 750m bottles per year for an array of global brands by 2025.
